On the Beach at Night Alone

"On the beach at night alone,
As the old mother sways her to and fro singing her husky song,
As I watch the bright stars shining, I think a thought of the clef
of the universes and of the future.

A vast similitude interlocks all,
All spheres, grown, ungrown, small, large, suns, moons, planets,
All distances of place however wide,
All distances of time, all inanimate forms,
All souls, all living bodies though they be ever so different, or in
different worlds,
All gaseous, watery, vegetable, mineral processes, the fishes, the brutes,
All nations, colors, barbarisms, civilizations, languages,
All identities that have existed or may exist on this globe, or any globe,
All lives and deaths, all of the past, present, future,
This vast similitude spans them, and always has spann'd,
And shall forever span them and compactly hold and enclose them"

Healthy Hair for Dummies

Now we all know what it's like to have damaged hair, whether it was the time when you figure out what a hair straightener was or when you decided your friend would dye your hair platinum blonde. It's hard to get to your hair back to the way it was but don't you worry I'm here to tell you the main steps to healthy hair.

The number one step to this achievable trait is to simply stop using heat on your hair! As easy as that, now your probably all like 'Cindy, c'mon how would you know? I hate you'. Okay so maybe not the last part, but let me tell you, this works. So no heat, just blow dryer and maybe straighten your hair once a week.

The second step is to purchase a deep conditioning mask/oil/conditioner/etc. whichever your heart desires. Use this once a week to keep your hair shiny and give it a break. It will help your hair regain moisture that your normal shampoo and condition would not necessarily offer. It keeps it soft too, which is awesome.

The third step is to stop heavily colouring it, if you aren't then ignore this step and continue on. This is self explanatory, bleach = damage. I would know.Basically your hair will hate you. Seek revenge on you. Take over your brain. Send you rude e-mails. Strangle and suffocate while your sleeping.

Fourth step is to not wash your hair as much, start being more natural. Pretend you are turning into a hippie and the coolest trend is to be greasy. It always works for me. I wash my hair every other day in the mornings, the second day I wear my hair in a updo for easy control of my greasiness.

That's pretty much the basic steps to healthy hair. Don't take my word for it because everyones hair is different and reacts to other things. This is personally what made my hair back to the way it used to be when I was in my younger teens, before styling and damage were a daily part of it. I basically figured this out by being lazy, not wanting to deal with my hair in the mornings, therefore this is the possibly the easiest way to maintain healthy hair.

Hope you have a lovely day.
